    Senior Leader 

    Mike became part of the senior leadership team in 2017, having been part of Market Rasen New Life Church family since 2008. Married to Jen, he lives in Binbrook and has worked full time in the education field. Horse riding and walking in the fields of the Lincolnshire Wolds feature in their lives too! 

    Mike leads on Vision and Strategy and  heads up the Leadership Team who are taking Market Rasen New Life Church into a new chapter.

    RHONA SHEPPARD

    Rhona is currently on Sabbatical ( from January 2026)

    Rhona worked as a Head of Geography in a local comprehensive school before becoming Youth Development Worker for Market Rasen New Life Church for a number of years.  Since 2017 she has overseen church  Administration and Finance at Market Rasen New Life. She enjoys reading, rambling, photography and skimming stones!

    Jen is Safeguarding Lead and is one of our amazing musicians.

  • LEADERSHIP TEAM also includes

    Martin Forsythe,  our full time Church Centre Manager and Food Bank Co-ordinator.

    Estelle Forsythe, Matt & Sue Jewitt, Pat and Sue Clark and Louis Mullaney are also part of the Leadership Team.

  • TRUSTEES

    Current Trustees are: Geoff Taylor (Chair) , Estelle Forsythe, Sheila Griffiths, Mike May,  Norman Palmer and Rhona Sheppard, 

  • CONNECT GROUP COORDINATORS

    Connect Group Coordinators oversee and encourage church family in smaller groups who meet together midweek.
