Mike became part of the senior leadership team in 2017, having been part of Market Rasen New Life Church family since 2008. Married to Jen, he lives in Binbrook and has worked full time in the education field. Mike leads on Vision and Strategy and heads up the Leadership Team. |
Jen is Safeguarding Lead and is one of our amazing musicians. She enjoys horse-riding and living in the glorious countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Jen and Mike have 3 grown up children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren. |

| Estelle is one of our Service Leaders, a prayer warrior and part of our Safeguarding team. She enjoys entertaining the crowds in local Pantomime productions. |

CONNECT GROUP COORDINATORS
Connect Group Coordinators oversee and encourage church family in smaller groups who meet together midweek (Tuesday daytime or evenings)
